Should any quality-related issue arise, our technical team will review the case and work closely with the customer to provide a reasonable and practical solution, ensuring the product continues to perform as intended. As with all outdoor materials, slight color or appearance variations may occur over time or between production batches.

This assurance focuses on product quality and performance and does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, structural foundations, extreme conditions, or normal surface wear.
