Steel-plastic composite flooring (also known as co-extruded steel-plastic flooring) combines metal (steel) and ASA, offering the strength of steel and the corrosion resistance of plastic. It is primarily used for outdoor, industrial, or high-traffic applications. It has passed national testing and obtained a national-level certification report (fire resistance level A1).

Main Material Composition

Top layer (ASA): High-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or polypropylene (PP).

Functions:

Provides waterproof, flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant, and non-slip properties.

Surface can be embossed with wood or stone patterns for enhanced aesthetics.

Resistant to UV, no fading or embrittlement.

Middle Layer (Steel Core)

Function: Enhances structural strength, far exceeding the load-bearing capacity of ordinary outdoor flooring.

Prevents deformation, suitable for high-load or extreme temperature environments.

Inner Structure Layer

Material: Fiber-reinforced PVC micro-foam

Function: High load-bearing capacity, strong toughness, non-toxic, waterproof, fire-resistant, rot-proof, corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly.

Widely used for outdoor flooring, outdoor railings, outdoor furniture, planters, flower racks, and gazebos; an ideal material for home decoration, landscaping, and municipal engineering.
