Product Overview Steel-plastic composite flooring (co-extruded steel-plastic flooring) combines a steel-reinforced core with an ASA co-extruded surface, delivering the structural strength of steel and the weather resistance of advanced polymers. Designed for outdoor, industrial, and high-traffic applications, it has passed national testing and meets B1 fire-resistance requirements.

Material Structure

Top Layer (ASA Co-extruded Surface) Waterproof, flame-retardant, corrosion- and UV-resistant; anti-slip. Embossed wood or stone textures available; no fading or embrittlement.
Middle Layer (Steel Core) Significantly enhances load-bearing capacity; prevents deformation under heavy loads and extreme temperatures.
Inner Structural Layer (Fiber-Reinforced PVC Micro-Foam) High strength and toughness; non-toxic, waterproof, fire-resistant, rot-proof, corrosion- and aging-resistant; low maintenance and eco-friendly.
